BlackBoard Ball Jump is a skill puzzle game by BlackBoard Software, a division of Computer Ease released in 1996. The main objective of the game is explained in the packaged Readme.txt file:

The object of this game is to slide the powerbar just enough to jump the ball to the random number. Every time you jump you must get a new random number. If you're less than 1 foot from the random number you get 10 points. You have ten turns before the game ends.

Unregistered copies of the game can be played for 30 days.
