P113 CEEFAX 113 Fri 23 Dec 22:16/40       The Defence Secretary, Mr Michael Heseltine, has been in Beirut visiting the British peace-keeping force. He spent an hour at the troops' base at Hadath, in the southern suburbs of the city, and then went on to meet Lebanese government officials and staff at the British Embassy.
