Their family owned Viranj Group US has bought a further 750,000 shares, takingits stake in Belhbven to 5-9)m, or some27.3pc of the total. * Mr Nazmu Virani, who with his two brothers runs his hotels and property group, bought an original 11.5pc stake in Mr Eric Morley's leisure group back in May and was immediately invited to join the Belhaven Board. They say they have been told bay major institutional shareholders" in Millie of "their surprise at the low level of this offer" - an all-shari bid worth 36p per Millie shari - and "concern" at the recommendation given.
