The Recorder at Swansea Crown Court, David Hale, told Katherine George-Harris that she had carried out hours of wanton destruction on the property. It is believed that Malcolm Botley had been working on his motor bike in the front room when the fire started. Neighbours' desperate attempts to rescuj him failed. It is the second fire tragedy in the area. Donald Davies, from Swansea, had to have one hand amputated after he got caught in wire as he was unloading the trawler Stella Orion.
