P116 CEEFAX 116 Fri 5 Nov 16:13/50       HOME  FISHING DAYS' JUDGMENT RESERVED Two High Court judges have reserved their judgment over how many days fishermen from England and Wales can spend at sea. The National Federation of Fishermens Organisations have asked for a judicial review of the Seafish (Conservation) Act. They claim the restrictions will destroy their livelihoods, and that the Act gives fishermen in other EC countries an unfair advantage.
