P141 CEEFAX 141 Fri 5 Nov 16:13/14      PARLIAMENT  END OF THE PARLIAMENTARY SESSION The Commons and the Lords have been prorogued, ending the longest parliamentary session for 26 years. Both Houses will return on 18 November for the Queen's Speech. Earlier, MPs were summoned to the House of Lords to hear a speech from the Lord Chancellor.
