Thinly roll out more icing, cut out a 9cm/3½in ring using a fluted biscuit cutter; cut out centre. Dampen base of cone. Make a cut through ring of icing and secure to base of cone. Carefully position standing snowman on cake, secured with small blobs of dampened icing. Roll small round of icing and fit over their heads to make hats, add strips for rims and finish with bobbles.
