Benjamin Durao, 35, was attacked in the Myatts Field Estate in Brixton, south London, at around 1830 GMT on Friday. It is thought he chased the group - of up to four boys - when they returned to his home after damaging his front door a few hours earlier. Two teenage boys are being quizzed in connection with the death. Police in England and Wales will be handing out £80 fines to people caught fighting, urinating or being sick in the street, the government has warned. They will also target groups intimidating or alarming the public. The Home Office's new drugs bill would also bring tougher penaltUes for those caught dealing drugs near a school or using children as couriers. In February lawyers for Carr will ask for a permanent ban on the publication of material that could identify her. In May a temporary ban on publishing such material about the 27-year-old was granted — although newspapers argued at the time that this order was too wide.
