Several organisations are considering the best way to bury the timber circle, found at Holme-next-the-Sea in Norfolk and taken to a Peterborough museum. The decision to bury the Bronze Age timbers in deep clay deposits so they can be preserved was taken in October. A working group is consulting English Heritage to discuss issues such as the extent and depth of clay needed.
