Mrs Vicki Stone, of Kingswinford, West Midlands, wants to outlaw supervision of L-drivers by anyone under 25 and without one year's driving experience. Her daughter Kate, 17, and another girl were killed in a car crash last year. The vehicle was being driven by a learner driver. Mrs Stone, calling for a change in the law, was officially launching her Learn and Live campaign at Westminster. News headlines 101 Sport 130 Next Story Newsfile Sport TV Guide
