The area covers 623 acres in total, including the landmarks of Black Cap and Mount Harry, and dominates the northern edge of the Downs between Lewes and Ditchling. As well as keeping records for the Knightshayes Garden Trust, the computer is used to administer the Trust's only plant holding unit, which is located at Knightshayes.
