P207 CEEFAX 207 Fri 26 Feb 21:17/40    GRANADA THE FOCUS  OF INQUIRY BY ITC  Claims that Granada was in breach of its ITV licence conditions have prompted the Independent Television Commission to launch an inquiry. An ITC spokesman said it had begun an inquiry into whether Granada was delivering "the service that it is licensed to provide". Shadow heritage secretary Ann Clwyd alleged that high-level sackings had made it impossible for Granada to fulfil its programming pledges.
