Mr Vladimir Kryuchkov also told the full Soviet parliament that the country's trading partners were engaged in economic sabotage. A report in the Johannesburg Star, claims the two men held talks last Monday. The criticism came from Roads Minister Richard Chope as he welcomed the 0.41% drop in which 1 in 13 motorists tested positive in a pre-Christmas crackdown. Officers from 42 forces across England and Wales breath-tested almost 20,000 drivers over three days and a total of 1,418 failed the test.
