The Magnox station, which employs 350 workers, has been in operation since 1962, producing enough electricity for three towns. A study concluded that the multi- million pound injection needed to keep it operating could not be justified. P152 CEEFAX 1 152 Wed 01 Dec 12:11/29       PAIR GUILTY OF BRITISH WOMAN'S MURDER Two men have been found guilty of murdering British charity worker Anna Lightfoot in Belize. Alan Cal, 20, and 21-year-old Estevan Sho were sentenced to the mandatory death penalty for the stabbing. Ms Lightfoot, 27, from Fowey, Cornwall, was killed while working for Operation Raleigh in August last year. The British High Commissioner in Belize, Tim David, said he was "immensely relieved" at the verdict. ChildLine said it had received an increasing number of calls from children worried about HIV and Aids. Younger children were likely to think they could "catch Aids" from kissing or toothpaste, it said. MPs approved the Order implementing the Act transferring powers from Westminster to the new Northern Ireland Assembly by 318 votes to 10. Peers had earlier backed the Order without a vote.
