Grimsby Youth Court heard how the baby was found in a flat in Immingham with serious stomach injuries made by a kitchen knife. The baby, which was in a critical condition, is now stable at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby. The 11-year-old has been remanded into local authority care by magistrates.
